Since school and sports are starting this fall, one of my sons and and his buddy decided to “try” yoga.
Both are athletic, but as you can see here they can’t touch there toes. Dru can do a lot of what I call power poses(asana), but simpler , opening and releasing asanas they both struggle with. We are going to follow them and see if they can focus effort to open up and focus the back of their legs and open their hips. Let’s see how they do and if they can stay with it.
